Temple Beth El's eleven-acre campus in Voorhees, NJ, includes an award-winning Early Childhood Center and Religious School, Sanctuary and Chapel, Landau Peace Garden, Banquet Hall, Library and Learning Center, Youth Lounge, Beit Midrash, and Gift Shop. The synagogue building is 85,000 square feet fitted with beautiful imported Jerusalem stone and marble, creating a welcoming and inspiring space with highly reflective sound surfaces.

Clear Sound was selected for the audiovisual systems design by the congregation for their new facility.  Three technical areas consisting of a mixing room, amplification room, and the Sanctuary’s main speaking/performing area created the framework for the overall system design for the synagogue.

A desk stand with mixing console, wireless microphones, and a CD player are located in the mixing room, while the heart of the sound system is in the amplification room where all interconnections, processing, and amplification equipment is located.

The Sanctuary consists of a main hall and overflow areas with operable air-wall dividers which can transform the space into four separate meeting rooms.Individual public address system controls were installed for each of those spaces to provide the flexibility of holding separate meetings simultaneously.

The new sound system design also provides coverage in the three distinct areas of usage: The Sanctuary, the Social Hall, and the Chapel.
