Additional safety precautions including over 200 feet of cable ramps were used to secure the site.
Large Scaffold Eiki 10 projector BASF Chemical
Custom built scaffolding is used to support an Eiki 10k projector at the correct height.

BASF is the largest chemical company in the world and is headquartered in Germany. Clear Sound recently assisted with our meeting services at their Newport, DE plant.  The event included a presentation to employees from top level officials about the upcoming plans for expansion.

Clear Sound temporarily installed scaffolding to secure a projector at the correct level for projecting on to the BASF wall. 60” LCD Televisions were also brought in to run the power point presentation.  The entire presentation was broadcast via conference call and webcast to BASF offices internationally. Presenters were able to take questions from their virtual audience members and answer them using Shure ULXP wireless transmitters.

Due to the security risks of the plant, Clear Sound team underwent specialty training to ensure that all the equipment was up to plant safety standards.
