On February 18th the renovated Independence Hall Clock Tower was unveiled. Clear Sound production team assisted with the audio needs of the ceremony and ribbon cutting.

Independence National Historical Park Superintendent Cynthia MacLeod was joined by Mayor Michael Nutter and Congressman Chaka Fattah at the ceremony held on Independence Mall.

The refurbishing took 18 months to complete and was funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.  The project repaired deterioration and decay to the exterior and framing of the clock tower.

The newly restored national icon now houses the Centennial Bell that hangs in Independence Hall Tower, chiming the hour once again.
