Clear Sound provides the sound, video, and on-site entertainment for a sports-themed Bar Mitzvah taking place in the College of Physicians Mitchell Hall for 150 guests.

A Sports Commentator and camera operator combination in the entrance way greets guests with sports reporter-style interviews equipped with microphone and sound system.  The camera operator videotapes and re-broadcasts guest entrance interviews during the event on a flat screen TV.

Clear Sound client Tiferet Bet Israel employed our production services at a gala concert at their Synagogue. The event, “Jewels of Jewish Music”, celebrated the completion of one year of writing the Tiferet Bet Israel community Torah. Performers included Cantor Elizabeth Shammash and Cantor Alberto Mizahi. This is the fourth year of the Music in the Sanctuary series; past performers have ranged from Israeli pop artists to esteemed string quartets.

On February 18th the renovated Independence Hall Clock Tower was unveiled. Clear Sound production team assisted with the audio needs of the ceremony and ribbon cutting. 

Arrisun HMI lights and power generators Obama Head Start Yeadon

On November 8th President Obama’s “We Can’t Wait” tour stopped by the local Head Start center in Yeadon, PA.  Clear Sound was on hand to help with production for the event.

Vice President Biden spoke from the steps of the Delaware County Courthouse

Clear Sound was called upon to provide sound production along with event support for the Vice President’s visit to the 52nd annual Media Veterans Day parade.  The parade kicked off at 11:11 am to commemorate the date of the federal holiday.  Local politicians Rep. Pat Meehan and county officials John Whelan, John McBlain, and Tom McGarrigle also were at the event.

Lenfest Hall doubles the size of the Curtis campus. Designed by renowned Philadelphia architects Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates, the building includes: Gould Rehearsal Hall, 32 additional studios, dorms for half the student body, and dining facilities.

Philadelphia Orchestra Longwood Gardens

The Philadelphia Orchestra returned to Longwood Gardens to over the 4th July weekend.   Clear Sound production team was onsite providing sound support.  Clear Sound’s Meyer Sound full range speakers were hung on the stage and Yamaha M7CL series digital live-sound console was used to mix the concert.

Clear Sound aided the Golf Association of Philadelphia with their clinic held for its urban youth golf program during the recent At&t National. The clinic was held at the Waynesborough Country Club and featured PGA Tour professionals Hunter Mahon and West Chester local Sean O’Hair, as well as coach Sean Foley.

BASF is the largest chemical company in the world and is headquartered in Germany. Clear Sound recently assisted with our meeting services at their Newport, DE plant.  The event included a presentation to employees from top level officials about the upcoming plans for expansion.

Founded in 2005, the Philly Roller Girls are a skater-owned and operated all-girl roller derby league with more than 50 skaters from the Philadelphia area. Clear Sound provided audio support at their recent Warrior Cup Championship and Independence Dolls vs. DC All Stars bout at the University of Pennsylvania Class of 1923 Ice Skating Rink.

The Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia brought their Casting Couch to this year’s MS Mud Run.  The event brought people out to Newtown Square to participate in the two day athletic event.

Clear Sound provided production for the 2nd Annual Mud Run Philadelphia. The Mud Run, which benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is a 10K race of boot camp-style obstacles that are surrounded by or consisting entirely of mud. This year’s event raised more than $760,000 and quadrupled participation.

Yoga on the Steps for Living Beyond Breast Cancer is an annual fundraising event that provides a way for individuals and teams to support women affected by breast cancer and spread the word about healthy living, while raising funds and awareness for LBBC’s education and support programs.

Clear Sound worked with local event planners Stockton & Partners to provide production for the International Street Fair Carnival during Alumni Weekend at Temple University.  The event took place in the Liacouras Center due to the inclement weather.

Clear Sound provided production for the 50th Philadelphia Antiques Show, including speakers, amplification and mixing of wireless microphones for the various presenters throughout the show.

The Meyer MSL-4 Fullrange speakers provided crowd coverage at 104.5 Winter Jam

The 104.5 Winter Jam at the Piazza at Schmidt’s featuring the bands Valencia, Bayside and Terrible Things went on this year despite the over a foot of snow  in the open-air plaza during the week leading up to the event. Crews worked diligently to clear it out in time for the show to go on.

Clear Sound was pleased to provide sound again for the Philadelphia Marathon, one of the country’s top running events. Over 20,000 runners participated this year in the different races throughout the weekend.

Macy’s at the Cherry Hill Mall enables the customer's lifestyle by providing fashion and affordable luxury with a full range of apparel and accessories.

Clear Sound provided live audio support for the rock band Good Charlotte at an in-store appearance. Macy’s loyal customer base is a perfect location for brand visibility and targets niche groups of consumers, perfect for the huge fan base of Good Charlotte.  

College of Physicians Mitchell Hall Audio Video Live Sound Special Event Support

The winners of the 15th annual School of Medicine Awards of Excellence were honored at this year’s dinner on November 17, 2010.  The awards recognize outstanding performance by the faculty in the research, clinical and mentoring areas. Clear Sound provided sound support for the event which was held at the College of Physicians and attended by approximately 150 guests.

EAW full range speakers at the Kimmel Center for Girl Talk the Musical Live

Clear Sound provided the sound system when the production Girl Talk: The Musical came to the Kimmel Center’s Innovation Studio.  A 100-seat black box theater, the Innovation Studio is equipped with hardwood floors, large mirrors and ballet barres. This is an ideal space for experimental productions, special entertaining, rehearsals, and meetings. When this lively show featuring a women’s ensemble came to town, the Kimmel Center contracted Clear Sound to augment their production support.

Live Sound Philadelphia City Hall Clean Air Council Honda EX3300 gas generator

Clear Sound helps the Clear Air Council produce their press conferences by supplying the audio equipment needed to let their voices be heard.  Located outside City Hall, there are logistical challenges including overcoming street traffic noise and the need for an external power generator.  Clear Sound was able to support this outdoor conference using Bose full range speakers on stands which successfully carried the audio across the plaza with ease.

When Tacony Academy Charter School was visited by the Native Nations Dance Theater as part of their Native American Indian History Month this past November, the Clear Sound production team was called upon to make sure the performance was a success. The school’s needs were unique because the performance featured singing, dancing, live drumming, and audience participation all within the confines of the gym.

The Dell Music Center formerly the Robin Hood Dell East has re-opened. Managed by the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Recreation, this venue was originally built in 1929 as the summer home of the Philadelphia Orchestra. The legendary amphitheater hired Clear Sound to provide the A/V support for an eight week summer concert series, including The George Clinton Funk Fest.

Located in Northern Liberties, the Piazza at Schmidt’s is a beautifully landscaped, 80,000 square-foot, open-air plaza with free events year-round, surrounded by three new buildings including 35 artists’ studios and boutiques and four new restaurants.

The University of Pennsylvania formally welcomes the incoming class at convocation, the day before the first day of classes, marking the student’s entrance into the University's academic community. The fall 2010 Convocation and Studio Presentation for the School of Design took place in the Meyerson Hall, Lower Gallery.

The graduation ceremony at St. Joseph’s University required Clear Sound’s expertise in two areas:  the specific challenges posed by commencement events, and the difficulties of providing intelligible sound inside a tent.

Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants 10th Annual Working Together Conferen

The Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants (PSPA)’s 10th Annual Working Together Conference was an event attended by 150 CPAs and accountants at Philadelphia University’s Ravenhill Dining Hall.  Clear Sound was tasked with providing audio equipment and technical support during the conference. 

Operation First Response holds a Walk for the Wounded

Every year, Operation First Response holds a Walk for the Wounded event in order to draw attention to the plight of the more than 40,000 returning soldiers, and to raise funds to meet the needs of their families. 

Komen Race supports breast cancer research

Every year, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure brings thousands of runners and walkers to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway in support of breast cancer research.  This national event has grown exponentially over the decades – from 5,000 attendees in 1990, to 150,000 in 2010. 

Radnor Fire Company’s Memorial Day Parade

For over ten years, Clear Sound has provided audio support and staging for the Radnor Fire Company’s Memorial Day Parade.  This important community event always presents a variety of challenges to our sound engineers, thanks to the diversity of musical entertainment, speeches and ceremonies that take place. 

Philadelphia Orchestra’s Neighborhood Concert Series

Clear Sound has been the Philadelphia Orchestra’s preferred sound vendor at these events for many years, in locations from open fields and parks to community colleges and even Philadelphia’s City Hall.
