Vice President Biden spoke from the steps of the Delaware County Courthouse

Clear Sound was called upon to provide sound production along with event support for the Vice President’s visit to the 52nd annual Media Veterans Day parade.  The parade kicked off at 11:11 am to commemorate the date of the federal holiday.  Local politicians Rep. Pat Meehan and county officials John Whelan, John McBlain, and Tom McGarrigle also were at the event.

Founded in 2005, the Philly Roller Girls are a skater-owned and operated all-girl roller derby league with more than 50 skaters from the Philadelphia area. Clear Sound provided audio support at their recent Warrior Cup Championship and Independence Dolls vs. DC All Stars bout at the University of Pennsylvania Class of 1923 Ice Skating Rink.

Runners enjoy the Casting Couch and Clear Sound squishy mics at the MS Mud Run

The Theatre Alliance of Greater Philadelphia brought their Casting Couch to this year’s MS Mud Run.  The event brought people out to Newtown Square to participate in the two day athletic event.

Clear Sound provided production for the 2nd Annual Mud Run Philadelphia. The Mud Run, which benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is a 10K race of boot camp-style obstacles that are surrounded by or consisting entirely of mud. This year’s event raised more than $760,000 and quadrupled participation.

Clear Sound was pleased to provide sound again for the Philadelphia Marathon, one of the country’s top running events. Over 20,000 runners participated this year in the different races throughout the weekend.  

Operation First Response holds a Walk for the Wounded

Every year, Operation First Response holds a Walk for the Wounded event in order to draw attention to the plight of the more than 40,000 returning soldiers, and to raise funds to meet the needs of their families. 

Komen Race supports breast cancer research

Every year, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure brings thousands of runners and walkers to Philadelphia’s Benjamin Franklin Parkway in support of breast cancer research.  This national event has grown exponentially over the decades – from 5,000 attendees in 1990, to 150,000 in 2010. 

Radnor Fire Company’s Memorial Day Parade

For over ten years, Clear Sound has provided audio support and staging for the Radnor Fire Company’s Memorial Day Parade.  This important community event always presents a variety of challenges to our sound engineers, thanks to the diversity of musical entertainment, speeches and ceremonies that take place.
