Each event has unique needs that cannot always be met with a venue’s onsite resources.  Using outside vendors with specialties can help to ensure that your event is remembered for the right reasons.
When it comes to audio and visual needs, most venues are only equipped for general announcements or back ground music.  Guests come to events to hear and experience every word, every moment and planners want to ensure they don't miss a single sound.
