Clear Sound's experienced technicians provided audio, visual, and production assistance for BASF's corporate meeting (BASF is the largest chemical company in the world). Since the meeting took place at BASF's plant, Clear Sound was easily able to install scaffolding to secure an EIKI 10,000 lumen projector at the correct level for projecting onto a plant wall. Additionally, Clear Sound provided several 60” LCD televisions to run a PowerPoint presentation. Due to Clear Sound's equipment, this presentation was able to be broadcast via conference call and webcast to BASF's international offices. By using Shure ULXP wireless microphone systems and a sophisticated teleconferencing interface, presenters were able to take and answer questions from the local and virtual audience members.
Clear Sound’s sound and event production services are highly customizable to fit conventions, conferences or other business meetings of any size and in any type of venue. No venue issue is too big for Clear Sound to handle.
One of Clear Sound's unique productions was a press conference for the Clean Air Council. It was held on Dilworth Plaza outside City Hall, which posed many logistical challenges, including overcoming street traffic noise and the need for an external power generator. In order to combat the hindrances of this outdoor conference, Clear Sound provided the Council with a silenced generator and a carefully planned array of EAW speakers on stands, which successfully and easily carried the audio across the plaza.
