For nearly 40 years, the Upper Darby Performing Arts Center has been a mainstay of the Delaware County theatrical community. Boasting many performances each season, the facility gives families affordable access to live theater, including dance, orchestral, and theatrical productions. While it is one of the most active community arts venues in the area, its systems and equipment had lagged behind the times.

The Haverford School’s Centennial Hall is a theatrical facility which many colleges would envy. Its wide, fan shaped raked seating provides excellent sight lines to the stage from every seat, while its generous orchestra pit and broad stage complete with a full fly system make professional theatrical production possible.

Cokesbury Village, an ACTS Retirement Community located in nearby Hockessin, Delaware came to Clear Sound for the installation of a surround sound system in their 250 seat auditorium.  Cokesbury Village is accredited by the CARF-CCRAC, which is the highest recognition a retirement community can reach.

Clear Sound was contracted to install a new Meyer loudspeaker system in the Temple Performing Arts Center, formally known as the Baptist Temple.  The system includes 24 M’elodie Ultracompact High Power Curvilinear Array Loudspeakers along with six 500-HP subwoofers. The Gaileo 616 digital signal processor is used to control the system. Clear Sound is the exclusive dealer of Meyer Sound products in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Clear Sound designed and installed the new sound, lighting, projection and in-house television broadcasting system in the auditorium.
A non-profit, CCAC accredited, full service, lifecare community for people 62 and over, White Horse Village attracts those who want to design their own retirement lifestyle.
The auditorium serves many purposes, hosting many educational programs, lecture series, musical entertainment, and feature films.

This venue is a private barn converted into a destination performance venue for harpsichord concerts, suitable for live performances as well as recording. The 3,500 square foot facility boasts 1,500 square feet converted into a performance space, and another 500 square feet allocated to a studio.

The Mandell Theater is a 424 seat proscenium theater that serves as the primary performance venue for performances by the Theater, Music, and Dance programs at Drexel University.
Mandell is also used for Drexel University events and special presentations by outside organizations.

Founded in 1888 by a small group of aspiring actors at the University of Pennsylvania, The Mask and Wig Club is a venerable institution dedicated to theatrical comedy.  The group founded its headquarters in a former stable in 1894, hiring prominent Philadelphia architect Wilson Eyre to convert the historic property, and bringing in Maxfield Parrish to decorate the theater.

Clear Sound is very proud to be a part of the Philadelphia Orchestra's Martin Luther King, Jr. Tribute Concert at Girard College

Intimate, natural-sounding dialogue in a sold-out theater. Crisp, intelligible announcements in a packed stadium. Exhilarating lights and music at an outdoor summer festival. A stirring sermon reaching every corner of a cavernous church.

Sounds like the work of Clear Sound - the Delaware Valley's best full-service audio, video and lighting company.
